2. Website delivery and server logs

This website runs on a server administered by FeatureRocket and provided by Server4You GmbH, Hessen-Homburg-Platz 1, 63452 Hanau, Germany. The server is located in a data centre in Strasbourg, France.

When this website is accessed, the web server processes technical connection and access data required for its operation. This may include the IP address, time and duration of access, requested resource, previously visited page, browser and operating-system information, HTTP status code, and transferred data volume.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and technically reliable provision of the website and the detection and prevention of attacks.

Server logs are rotated weekly and four rotated generations are retained. Entries are therefore normally deleted after no more than approximately 35 days. They are retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a specific security incident, comply with a legal obligation, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Server4You GmbH may receive the data as the server-infrastructure provider where this is necessary for service provision, maintenance, or support.

This website does not currently set cookies, use analytics or advertising technology, load externally hosted fonts, or execute third-party scripts. No consent banner is required for this implementation. This statement must be reviewed whenever the technical implementation changes.

If you contact FeatureRocket, the information you provide is processed to handle and answer the inquiry. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.

Inquiry data is deleted when the matter has been resolved unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

Personal data is disclosed to technical service providers only where this is necessary for the hosting or communication services described in this notice. The hosting-related processing takes place within the European Union. No transfer of data collected through this website to third countries is currently intended.
